This notice covers bookmy.shop, the platform's own website: the Shop Lookup, the Directory and the map. Each shop has its own notice on its booking page.
Searching the Directory
Searches are logged without anything that identifies you: the search term, the town, the country, the number of results, the page, your language and the time. No network address or device identifier is kept, search terms that look like an email or a phone number are not logged, and entries are deleted after 90 days.
Your device location
If you allow it, your device location is used to answer one request for nearby shops. It is not stored, not logged, not sent to any shop and not sent to any other company.
Tell us
If you ask to be told when a shop joins, we keep your own email or phone, the shop's name and town, any public links you added, your consent with its time and wording, and nothing about the shop's own contact details. We message you once, when the shop joins, then delete the request. You can withdraw at any time from the link in our message, and we delete requests after 12 months in any case.
Cookies and scripts
This site sets only the cookie that remembers your language. It loads no advertising, social media or analytics scripts and no third-party fonts, and its maps load from the platform's own hosts.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, and to restrict or stop its use. You can complain to your data protection authority.
